sad tree

here is the “tree” planted on Sunday. only one, no fruit left, and it doesn’t look very happy. the tide will have come up and washed round it several times by now. its a nice conceit though.

another view. it will be interesting to see how long it lasts; they usually stick around until there are serious storms.
